No response from Airbnb Help

No response from Airbnb Help

I was informed by a guest that  my address on the  Airbnb website is different from that on his email confirmation.  I read somewhere on Airbnb that  I can't make address changes on my own so I wrote to Airbnb Help Center twice to give them the correct address and asked them to makes the appropriate changes.  No reply.  I am surprised as previously they have replied quickly and helpfully.  What's the problem with correcting an address?
