No response from Airbnb, case just closed after a week
Hello My fellow host: I filed host guarantee payment request about a week ago. Case number 1697941. Nobody has contacted me since then, except an automatic message promising a case manager would contact me soon. Today I checked the status, found that case was closed by force. Please advise!
Any security deposit claims are handled by a specialized team who only corresponds via email. I am sorry to hear that they closed your case without getting in contact. I would advise calling in to Airbnb to have your case reviewed again.
