No sign of the deposit

No sign of the deposit

I received a confirmed booking and assume that airbnb took the payment.  The guest cancelled the booking and I believe I am entitled to €50.  Indeed the guest was told she would be re-imbursed the full amount less the €50.  However, I seem never to have received the funds.  How do I chase this up?

Funds normally arrive one day after the guest's original check-in date.
