Not receiving payments

Morning all,

 

I haven't received any money for the last two reservations I hosted.

My bank details are correct and my bank can't investigate without the sender's information, airbnb is refusing to give me their details and I'm not getting any solutions, calls baco or messages back from airbnb.

Anyone knows what to do please.

Hi there

I'm not sure why the money would be coming from the guest? Airbnb take the money at the time the guest books, then Airbnb release the money to you on the day the guest checks in (can take up to three days). Hope you've sorted it out since you posted this message.

@Diane1169  She isn't talking about the guest's payment, as I read it- she is talking about Airbnb refusing to give her the info about tracking the payment, which I assume they are claiming they transferred, so she can relay it to the bank.

yes, @Sarah977 you understood correctly.

I asked my previous guests, that I was missing the money from their stays, to contact airbnb and they did.

I posted the issue on tweeter too.

After these steps the money started to appear in my bank account.

Apparently someone called Moher from airbnb was meant to contact me but nobody ever did.
