Not receiving verification email

I just signed up to airbnb but am not able to properly complete my profile, I'm not receiving a verification email when i request it.  I do receive other emails though, such as when i request to book, but it would be nice to complete the verification process.  What gives?

Also adding that I am not receiving cancelation notification emails, but i am receiving messages through email.

So @Jesse69, compare the notification settings (in your profile) with mine below. I do receive all I need to.

@Marzena4I've got all the same options checked, no luck still.  I'm going to try changing my email address and then changing it back

Still no luck.  What a weird issue.  Is there any way to contact airbnb about this?
