Nude photo shoots without permission

I am an Airbnb host and my friend is also.  She had a booking for 2 people and 10 showed up.  They confronted her and told her that they had talked to her earlier about it.  I gave her Airbnb’s numbers and told her to call.  She learned that they are taking nude photos on her property and they won’t leave.

she lives 6 miles out on a rural country road.  Isn’t this against Airbnb policy to have nude photo shoots, especially without the hosts permission.  She only hosts stays, not events and her treehouse only accommodates 2 people.

suggestions?

We live in a county of 8,000 and it is one of the poorest in the country, and not much sales tax revenue coming in so no one is overworking the worthless sheriff here.

I certainly agree about avoiding anything that involves public officials.

I doubt that I would call the police unless I had already shot someone.

And maybe not even then.

So, as a side note: Someone doing a full-scale production of a XXX film involving legal adult activities only has to claim that it’s strictly for personal use in order to satisfy the TOS.

Isn’t that special.

@Brian2036  I've been told by an acquaintance in the porn business that it's pretty common to use Airbnb rentals as cheap sets.  But these are not sophisticated productions with big filming crews; the vast majority of the time, this kind of activity goes undetected. And if one day you happen to spot your lovely fireplace in a Lumberjack Fetish clip on Pornhub, any course of action you take would require admitting to the world that you've been looking up Lumberjack Fetish porn, plus potentially creating a #MeToo situation with whomever you insist view the "evidence."

Oh dear. Well who knows what people get up to behind the closed doors of your property and as to people being naked inside, well it's hardly public indecency if they are not exposing themselves to others. But eight guests instead of two? No way.

This is where it become so important to be super strict about the no extra guests/visitors rule. I am a home host and, while I do have to occasionally tackle guests who think it's okay to bring extra, unauthorised people into my home. I have actually found Airbnb CS to be quite supportive on this issue. They do not approve of extra guests who are not paying because they are getting nothing out of it!

Sounds to me like security cameras (outside ones, filming entrances and fully disclosed on the listing) are in order and a very FIRM warning in the house rules that anyone who brings unauthorised guests will immediately be asked to leave.

I'm not being a prude or anything but I'm not having people shoot porn here. It could all be perfectly above board, but how does one know for sure? How do we know minors are not involved, for example?

Besides that, as someone who has often rented out my place for photo and film shoots, it takes a lot of detailed management to make sure that things will not get out of hand/damaged on any kind of shoot. Forget the porn, there's no way I would have an unauthorised shoot on my property.
