OMG. What is wrong with Airbnb customer service??

OMG. What is wrong with Airbnb customer service??

I've been dealing with this issue for two days. I've made two chat sessions and four phone calls trying to get this resolved and, LITERALLY, every single person I've communicated with at "customer service" had fully ghosted me and not helped. Is this normal??  I'm really irritated and at a loss as to what to do with this problem.

Get used to it because they are horrible!! It’s more and more hosts complaining about them! I missed my grand babies first Christmas because a guest staying in another apartment in my home broke into my personal apartment! Dented the fridge, broke the coffee table.. they gave me money for the fridge and coffee table but she didn’t have to pay for being there, or the cleaning OR the four days of my reservation I had to give up! Guests spray painted my house, actual house! Chandeliers, doors, on and on... I think I got less than $300! Really!?! A guest RUINED my boat by GETTING INSIDE a bathtub I told them had just been redone but it was downstairs and they had told me ahead of time it was ok to not use it... first thing they did when they got there, go downstairs and  climb in!! Wtf I had to pay for her tennis shoes and they got a full refund! She had tracked the finishing stuff all over the boat I sold it...it goes on!! Yeah I’m thinking the same thing. Why am I still hosting and I’ve been here since 2012!!

We have had real issues with a guest that checked out 3 days ago. this guest left our home in a complete mess. Cigarette ash was everywhere despite a no smoking policy in our home. She left used chewing gum on our furniture and on the bedside tables. Didn't clean up anything as requested in our House Rules.

She even left with two sets of keys to our property and has not returned them despite only living streets away from us. This has created all kinds of security issues for us as we have had to have locksmiths in etc.

We contacted Airbnb immediately and have had no response from them at all , other than the automated responses. W have called and been put on hold for far to long, so hung up.

We feel completely unsupported and ignored. We have always had instant help and advice in the past yet when we really have an urgent issue , we are ghosted!
