So far this year (2021), I have had 3 cancellations. Each time I have messaged the before and after guests to let them know that another guest had cancelled. "Would you be interested in extending your stay for a X% discount?" And then tell them to send a change request. One of the almost immediate reply was an extra two days! Single person, less work, accepted the change immediately. Guest response "Awesome, thank you so much!"
