On my listing is showing it is listed, but it isn't, I can not see it on the map or anywhere.

Someone hacked my Airbnb account. Now is everything is ок. On my listing https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/11766351 is showing it is listed, but it isn't, I can not see it on the map or anywhere. I already contacted Airbnb (mail, Twitter, Facebook, they don't have telephon number for my country), but they don't correspond. Please help me. Thanks upfront.

H there.. same thing happend to my new listing, show as listed, but if I try to see how it looks for other people the listing do not show up. my place will be available from next Feb 2 2017,  so now is blocked for booking, but if someone want to book starting next feb 2nd, my place must shows up, but it does not... any ideas?

@Mario116 I don't think you have anything to worry about. I entered Bogota and your listing was the first one in the search results!

Ah ha!  I solved my own problem.  I was searching for my listing with 'instant book' activated. That is why it didn't display.  Is 'instant book' a default setting for browsers?
