One airbnb account for both private renting and experiences run by a company?

We rent out our house ocassionally with airbnb and now want to add experiences. The experiences will be run through my registered business here in Sweden whereas the rental (as long as it stays within a certain limit per year) is private. 

Can I do both from a single airbnb account and in that case should it be an account that says I am representing a company or not? 

The payments for both rental and experiences will go into the same bank account since the business is me as a sole-trader / one-person-business / self-employed. It is unproblematic for me to account for the different payments differently to ensure that accounting and tax regulations are followed.
