Optional to rent to under age 21

Why can’t Airbnb have an option to rent to guests 18 and older and another to rent to guests 21 and older. I am uncomfortable with the possibility of under age drinking  happening at my listing and possibly getting into legal trouble.

Or the option of if under age 21 they need to request to rent from the owner of property.  At least that way the owner can screen and have open communication with guest.

I feel the same.  I'd prefer to not have guests under 21.

I just had a request from. 19 year old to rent my place with 4 other guests….I declined because she had no reviews, and I wasn’t sure of the age of the other guests. This is tricky since Airbnb has 18 and up acceptable!
