Our Guest's can't pay, they are asking for help... what can we do?

We are new to Airbnb and we have guests wanting to stay, but they the website won't let them book and pay and are asking for our help. We have only recently set up bank details, is this the problem?

They need a valid credit card.  If there is a payment problem after you accepted theire booking, airbnb will notify you by saying "waiting for payment" and sort it out with the guest.  The onus is also on the guest to contact Airbnb to sort it out, not you, so tell them that.  Do not go outside of the airbnb payment /booking system.
