Outsourcing Airbnb Management and Turn Over Services

Does anyone know when Airbnb Outsourced their company and why all of a sudden the service went from great to horrible much like HomeAway did when they Outsourced their company. I no longer receive any emails with inquiries for rentals or when the rental is booked. Their Outsourced agents are denying this and have become incredibly rude compared to the nice people I dealt with in the US.

@Randi33 I don't get any notifications too, i just check the app 2-3 times oer day and I don't miss anything. I am hoping they will fix that soon.

The thing that bothered me is that they're saying that I'm receiving the emails when I'm not. The new out sourced customer service is horrible
