Outsourcing Airbnb Management and Turn Over Services
Does anyone know when Airbnb Outsourced their company and why all of a sudden the service went from great to horrible much like HomeAway did when they Outsourced their company. I no longer receive any emails with inquiries for rentals or when the rental is booked. Their Outsourced agents are denying this and have become incredibly rude compared to the nice people I dealt with in the US.
