I had a guest stay in my home for an extra day. I caught her in the act at around 630pm when she was supposed to be out by 10am. I sent a resolution center payment to her and supposedly she agreed. This is what the person who was working the case decided. YET I have received no payment. It has been over a month. Whenever I call I am being given the run around and told the person on my case will call me back. HE HASN'T. And accidentally the case was closed because I didn't keep responding to the email. WTF Airbnb!?! I will be tweeting this shortly.
