Hope your well today

I have a problem I have hosted a guest from the 11th May to the 14th May 2016 I was owed £196 GBP and only was paid out £0.01 pence GBP

I am very unhappy about this as i am now out of pocket please could someone look into this for me as I have over 10 studio flats in London to add onto your website and i will not add them until I get a explanation as to way this has happened
