I am sorry to hear you are experiencing a delay with payments, 5 weeks does sound rather strange. A slight delay does sometimes occur after national holidays. In terms of your most recent booking, when did you host your guests?
In regards to contacting the Support team, this is explained quite a few times within the Community Center here, I would recommend you using the Search Bar at the top of every page in the CC (see image below) and if you enter 'contact' you will find many useful threads. You can also take a look at the Community How To Guides, written by @Dave-and-Deb0 here in Community.
