Hello!

I have a problem - I set my night price for a certain amount of money and it was all okay for almost a year. Then suddenly the amount of money we received after the guest checked-in jumped down for almost 50%. I went through all my pricing and discount settings, but I just don't find where and why could this happen. Can maybe anyone help?

I see a consistant $37 USD/night on your calendar and you have a 20% discount for Weekly stays and a 30% discount for Monthly stays.  Did the person who booked fall under one of the discounted stays?

Yes, but it was still way too cheap. We have a week 20% discount. I set our night price for 35 euros, but the total payeout was 17eurous per night plus discount.
