Paidout was issued to old bank account (non exist anymore), how to notify Airbnb?

May 26, I reiceived airbnb notification to have sent out my payout, haven't hosted for 2 years so realized old bank account has been cancelled, and I've just updated my payout bank account, wanted to notify airbnb for this change. but I have no way to get hold of them. currently it shows the amount of money for recent host was paid out already but I have no way to receive it.   Who can help?   how can I get Airbnb support?  thanks

Thanks Ana, its very helpful by following the link you provided, I just sent a message to airbnb support, hope this matter will be resolved soon.

It is resolved now!  The paidout either was rejected or sent back to Airbnb, so its in pending for release again!  Thanks Ana for your information! Have a peaceful day!
