Past guest having issue finding how to leave a review

A guest booked by a request and has completed their stay. I as a host have done my review and the past guest messaged me saying that can’t figure out where to get to the review so he complete it. He didn’t not have an emailed verified when he booked. If he logs into Airb&b on a desktop where could he navigate to find where he can write a review?

Hi @Ann31968 

It should pop up in the messages section when he’s in the app. They have 14 days after checking out.

once you’ve both written a review, they will appear instantly. If only one side reviews, it will appear after 14 days.
