Pay Out and Guest Reviews

We just hosted for the first time and I am curious as to how getting paid and leaving reviews work.  The help center mentions that we get paid about 24 hours after check in but there isn't an online check in.  Does that mean we get paid around 3pm the next day?  Also, how long after the stay do we have the opportunity to review our guests?  They were great and I would like to say how much we enjoyed their stay.

As you say, about 24 hours after your guests check in you get paid - doesn;t necessarily mean you get your hands on the money. Depends on what type of payout you have chosen - it can take a few days to appear in a bank account. In the UK, Paypal is immediate - the moment you get an email saying you have been paid the money is in your Paypal account.

You will get another email inviting you to leave a review for your guest - this used to be about a day after check out but over the past few months it has been up to 4 or even 5 days after check out.
