Pay out not received - over a month

Hi,

 

I have not received the pay out against a reservation for one of my listings. The pay out was released by airbnb on the 16th of March.

Airbb payments says that they are unable to help as the pay out was transferred to Payoneer on 16th March for transferring to my bank.

Payoneer has not yet responded to my request asking for the details of fund transfer like the transaction details and transaction id.

Can any of you guide me on resolving this issue as neither of the concerned entities seem to be helping me in getting paid.

Hi @Abdul21, Please ask Airbnb to provide the transaction reference details of the payout done by then. You should share this details with Payoneer, so they can check it and remit it to your bank.

 

I recommend you to change the payment method to 'Bank Transfer'. This will avoid payment issues in future.

Hi @Vinay7, The payment method set is bank transfer and I have received all previous payments without fail. However this payout of 50K has not been credited yet.

I had contacted Airbnb support to help me the issue and Payoneer provided me some internal referance number which was not of help. On asking for the transaction id from the bank which they used for the fund transfer which would help me track the details, Payoneer has not yet responded (it has been two weeks) and Airbnb says they are unable to help.

Hi again @Abdul21, I have seen your listing and noticed that Fenton is the host for your listings. Pls check the payout settings. There is a possibility that transfer has been done to Fenton's bank account. Pls check that as well. 

@Vinay7Fenton is co-hostong with me but the pay out has been routed to my account for all the listings. Airbnb had confirmed that the payout has been released to my account. Sharing the screenshot.

Hola a todos!, necesito ayuda he hospedado huesped en mi casa por esta pagin para semana santa con una reserva de mas de 30 dias y  a la fecha no me han pagado. tengo todos mis datos para "cobro" completos y correctos ,me llamaron 2 veces para pedirme que agregara nuevamnet mis datos y aun asi no recibo el pago.  alguien sabe que se debe hacer? , algun correo electronico o  numero para llamar y reclamar?

I have similar problem with 2 payout made by AirBnB. I have not received yet over 1 month. I call AirBnB, the Payment Specialist name Rae (aka, Juliet ?) told me two version answer:

1. The payment have been released. AirBnB have proof of receipt.

2. The reason I have not received the fund because account name holder is different.

It sounds contradictory isn't it ?

 

I told them there is only one name account holder and no other name. Also, I told them back in June 2017, there were 3 payout to same account number was successfull. Nothing have been change since then ? 

The sad thing is, when I ask them to sent me the proof of receipt so I can bring it to my financial institution AirBnB refused citing privacy issue, because the name is not my name. Can't they cross or black out the name ? How can I ask my bank to investigate without any proof ?

I want to talk to Rae, left her few massages requesting to call me but she just ignoring my request.

I did call AirBnB to escalate the issue, spoke 2 times with 2 different supervisor (John and Greg) with no help at all. I dont know what else I can do to resolved this issue and get my hard earn money - MY MONEY. I work hard to achieve Superhost but is it how AirBnB treat me ???...

 

What I need from AirBnB give me the proof of detail receipt the fund already in my bank so I can come show it to my bank.  If anyone have similar experience and or can advise me what else I can do, I am very much appreciated.

Check your payout account, I'm betting it is not the account you set up and it's another totally different payout account you did not authorize. This has happened to a ton of AirBnB accounts in the past.

problem is about to get bigger .paypal refuse to work with payoneer so in case you get paid with paypal youll not be able to send it to credit card from payoneer .I m waiting for my payout but web site has bug and i can not connect my airbnb mastercard to payout option and noone is helping me out only sending emails .This is terrible experience for me .Onl they tell me is thanks for being super host .Thanks for not paying my money yes i see you are verry thank full .with all fees you guys started to charge more and more guests are not so happy with you any more
