Hello!

I'm new on Airbnb. Here is a thing, today I got first booking, unfortunately I didn't have set payout settings up,
So will I get money from guests tomorrow or I need to take money in cash?

Also there are note about payment method: "It’ll take up to 5 business days for us to verify it. Once its status is set to "Ready", we’ll pay you through this payout method."

Payment won't be sent until the day after the guest arrives. Your first payout will be held for up to 30 days (typically less). Get your payout method set up ASAP.

You should never take any payments in cash: it directly contravenes Airbnb's policies. Also, your guests have already paid Airbnb, so you would be double charging them.

When a guest book they pay airbnb. Air bnb releases the money the day after the guest check-in. 

It takes longer when it is your first booking. I use Pay Pal as my pay out method. It is very easy and free to get a Pay Pal account.
