Payment and Cancellations

I already made half on the payment for my booking but then for another half, i'm waiting for my cheque to be approved by the bank before I can made a payment, I really don't know what to do because today, Airbnb already cancel my bookings. I asked the host for help and sent an enquiry to airbnb but still now reply.

@Nur-Azifa0 if you sent a question to Airbnb customer support by using Messaging, then they can take a while to respond. (I think it says they will respond within 24 hours.)

@Nur-Azifa0  The host really can't help you on this. It's between you, your bank, and airbnb. Just let the host know you still want the booking, and what is happening, but don't expect that the host will just wait indefinitely for you to make the payment before accepting a paid booking for those dates from another guest.
