Payment details when managing property on behalf of someone else

Hi everyone

I have a question regarding setting up payment details when you don't personally own the property and are managing it on behalf of someone else.

I have recently started managing my mother's property on airbnb as a host as she doesn't have an account and doesn't want to be bothered with any of it. I have to set up the payment details, through Payoneer to get the airbnb credit card. To do this, I have to upload a document confirming ownership of the house. I do this, but of course it has my mother's name not mine. Now, is there a way to say that I am hosting on behalf of someone else WITHOUT adding my mother to Airbnb?

I'm scared if we set up an account for my mother, the messages, etc, would start going to her.

Any advice?

The listing needs to be set up in your mother's name so she pays taxes on the income and you are added as the cohost .

You can then add in the percentage your mum has agreed to pay you for your co-host services and your payment details and this element will come to you.

you can set it up for the messages to go to you.
