Payment for 'extras'

Hello everyone!  I'm Brand new to Airbnb as a host.  At our property we offer 'extras', like brunches, massages, etc.  Is it ok to request payment for these services via Paypal or Venmo; without breaking any Airbnb rules?  I wondered if it was ok to suggest that, via the platform chat, or if it would be better outside the Airbnb platform?  When available, we offer extras via the chat right away, so they can book/schedule.  Suggestions?  Insights?  Comments?  Thanks in advance! Can you set up the add ons as experiences?  That way you have everything in one place and can add a reference/link to your listing.
