Payment from airbnb not recived in Paypal account

Hello

We are hoting via airbnb for 4 years now.
We have a small one bedroom apartment we host guets in regularly.
We Just noticed no funds have been moved into our paypal acoount since November 27 2018.
We have hosted regularly and were expecting about 8000 USD to be added to our account.
Could you please help? We dont understand what caused this problem.

Wow, @Tamar-and-Yuval0 .  That is a great deal of money.  Pretty sure you need to speak with Air BNB.  Did you receive the notification emails from Air BNB that the payout was made?

Hey, Thank you for the quik response.
We just found this email we overlooked from airbnb saying we need to update our details or all payments will be paused. We updated the detailes.
Will our paused payments be paied out now?

Payments should be released but I would still give airbnb a ring, ask them to give your money a little push.
