Payment not received

According to Paypal payment has been made on March 5 but I haven't received payment. I can't contact air BnB which is disappointing.

I havent recieved payment and it may of been that credit card was expired so i then put in the new updated credit card 3 days ago but have not received any notidication jof this .

i again tried fand putin another credit card number today .

the rental has since left -- ***
