I have a booking for 31 days ? When will the money be transferred in  24 hours after the guest checks in or monthly after the next month? at one section it states that if the duration is longer than 28  days the payment will be made monthly,but in another it states that the first month will be paid 24 hours after check and in case of a more long term hosting the payments will be monthly

You will be paid for the first month 24 hours after check-in and the second month at the start of the second month.
