How long does it take to get the money in the bank account once the money has been paid for the room?

If the person is staying more than 30 days (example 40 days), do I get paid for the whole 40 days at once, or just 30 days at a time?

Guests pay in full at the time of booking.

You will get paid 30 days at a time. Be aware that the last 10 days are calculated at the monthly rate as well (not your posted daily rate).

Airbnb usually releases payment 24-48 hours after check in. It may take an additional few days for your bank to route the funds to your account.
