Payments being Blocked since 2017 in India

Dear Airbnb,

Sorry to write a mail, but this matter has been long pending and requires your immediate attention.

I am Ajeet Singh from Jaipur, India, owner of Hotel Hathroi Palace. I am not able to receive my airbnb payments in my bank account since June 2017. I have contacted customer care of airbnb and Payoneer. Payoneer has confirmed that my account at Payoneer is live and as soon as Airbnb releases the payment they will forward it to me.

Please provide me the reason why Airbnb is not releasing the payments to Payoneer , I am waiting for my payment since last 1.5 year. Please help me release of payment from Airbnb.
