Hi,

I'm really upset! Last guests rented my house in France for 2 weeks, left almost 2 weeks ago and no payment from Aibnb yet!

I used the CHAT in the Help section 2 times... no result

I called 2 times to helpcenter, very friendly people but no action, no result!

No info about what is wrong. However I received the monay fro previous reservation promptly.

Anyone with some advise?

@Thomas-and-Linda1 I am sure you have already checked your account to see where your payouts are going. There is a possibility your account has been hacked.

Hi, thx for your reply. But the amount is right there in the Transaction history the sections "Payments to come".
