Hi all - first, thank you for responding with advice to this post, however this should be the responsibility of Airbnb itself!
I have a multi-month booking, and multiple payments from Airbnb sitting in my 'Future Transactions' cue. Should have been released three weeks ago! Called Airbnb and they said it seemed like my guest hadn't paid and that they'd look into it, but haven't heard anything back (said I'd get a follow-up email) and the guest has not been contacted by Airbnb yet. She says she paid a month ago, and has the documentation. I've been a host for several years and my account info is all correct.
What is my best course of action to get this resolved quickly? Should I make another long, inconvenient call to Airbnb?? In reading about others' hosting problems, I don't feel confident that I will get the help I need. I also don't use Twitter, and the option I've seen in links to send a text doesn't work. Is there a way to email or text Airbnb to get help??

ps - I am also completely disheartened by the many changes to the Airbnb site which make it near impossible to be provided with appropriate tech support and problem resolution!! I may stop using this site if changes aren't made.

YES!!! This message board is read by hosts and guests like you. No one here has access to your payment account.
Please someone give me the number to contact Airbnb, I havent even managed to find that! Absolutely desperate here! Guests seem to have paid but I cannot confirm not get the money. Stuck transactions in Future Transactions. Where to call?
I agree with you. The lack of a hot line for hosts to quickly solve the problem is making me rethink the whole idea of being a host with Airbnb. I am very unhappy.
