Payments suddenly stopped

We have not been paid for the last month - as the payments take up to a week sometimes to come through I was slow on the uptake.  The system system says "theirs an error" with our card details.

This is really strange as we have been on Airbnb and not cahged our details for the last 8 months.  I try to go onto the payment section and cannot proceed further - nothing happens after pressing "next" to add bank details.  As everyone says - it is really hard to get in contact with a human from Airbnb so does any one have any solutions or suggestions here?  Airbnb are effectively holding well over a thousand dollars of ours.  Nice job!
