Payments to Airbnb for reservations

I am currently paying 3% of each reservation to Airbnb.  Is this the only option, or the best option?  I thought there was an option for a flat fee fot the year, but I cannot locate where that was addressed.  If anyone can tell me how to find this informaton, I'd really appreciate it.  Thanks!

No, there is no flat-fee option. You pay a percentage on each and every reservation.
