Payoneer Prepayed card option is not activated for Tunisia

Hi I'm from Tunisia and I want use  Payoneer card to received Payroll.

I see this option for Morocco for example but not for Tunisia.

Do  you have the possibility to activate the Payoneer money transfert for Tunisian Customer ??
