Payout delayed by more than 2 weeks - AirBNB support non responsive

Payout delayed by more than 2 weeks - AirBNB support non responsive

 

Payment was due 11/02/18 and is still showing in the 'pending payout's' view.

 

Contacted AirBNB help 6 days ago, got a standard message in response that it would be escalated to the payments team.

 

 

Despite chasing the help people, no response.

 

Any tips or help to get this sorted much appreciated?

Hello again Melissa,

I just received the following update from our bank:

Please be advised that this transfer is still undergoing compliance checks with the bank. We have no knowledge of how these checks are triggered or the timeframe that they are taking. As advised, this checks happen at the banking level and are out of Airbnb control. Regretfully we are not in the position to overcome this.

We will keep checking on this transfer and revert back to you once we have received an update on the funds.

i am nervouse yet confused

 

 

i been a host for 3 years this is first time delayed more than regular time, 

 

i called my bank like a crazy person ,

 

im dull and having dead end now.
