Payout does not include compensation I got for damage

Hello,

 

A few weeks ago I reported some damage that my guests caused. After few weeks of investigation Airbnb concluded that my claim was legit and I got compensated into my Airbnb account.

 

I've just received my latest payout for my recent guests but it does not include the damage compensation amount which still sits in the Future transactions.

 

How can I access this money?

 

Why has it not been released with the rest of funds?
