Payout issue

Hi, I had a reservation at the beginning of January 2020 and still haven’t received the payout. I called airbnb multiple times but all they tell me everytime is that they informed the relevant team of my issue and they are dealing with it. They say that they are trying to contact the guest as they didn’t release the full payment. I have received nothing so far and it has been 2 months now.

 

I only just started hosting on airbnb recently, and this is not a great way to start, especially since it is a sizeable payout that I’m expecting... the customer service is very poor for this type of issue. Is there any way to escalate my concern?
