Payout method status is ready but I'm not receiving any payments

I added a payout method approx 2 weeks ago, it has been verified by Air BnB and is showing a "ready" status. However I've not yet received any payments and I continue to receive emails from Air BnB telling me to add a payout method as I have funds that are owing to me.

The funds owing are for past dated bookings so based on Air BnB's payment cycle, the funds should have already been transferred to my verified account.

I've got the same problem the host have been gone for 2 weeks now.  What should we do???
