Payout never arrived

My payout should arrive in my USA account by the 12th of July and today is the 21st and never arrived. I tried several chats with AIRBNB but no one can tell me what happened. They forward the case to a sepcialist that never came back to me. I need to check if Airbnb did something wrong with the account and its routing but unfortunatelly the only thing I can see are the 4 last digits of the accoount , not the full account numbers or the ABA number used. I'm trying since yesterday through the bank also but I would like to check the airbnb front as well. Anyone knows how can I see the details of the payout , including the full account number and the routing ?

@Luiz108 I do not think there is any page that will display the entire account and routing number. That would put your banking information at risk.

 

You should check your Transaction History to at least see if the money was sent.  Follow up with Airbnb support regarding the status of the money.

I believe that one should be abble to see its own information. I agree that the info should not be avaialable for others to see. In the Transaction history it shows that the money was sent but that does not give me the guarantee that the routing numbers were correct or the rest of the account numbers were correct.... I believe that the Airbnb site has a deffect there where one can not see its own data. 

 

I did follow up with the Airbnb support but they don't act and they continously give me the info that I know already. 

 

I feel with no solution and do not know what to do to find my money. At the end if the worst comes to the worst I will have to go legal against both , Airbnb and the bank ...because they were responsible to get my money lost....

I am having the same problem as my payment is over a week late and it hasnever happened before.

Trying to get hold of Air BNB  NZ is a nightmare.

Dear Luiz, 

You can wait for 2 weeks. I have same cases like yours. They will send messages about this issues, sometimes 3-4 days and the longest I experienced is 2 weeks. Keep calm and try to contact after 2 weeks! ^^
