Payout not send to my bank account -- not getting proper response from Airbnb - following 15 days

Dear all,

Can someone help me out to get my money? I had to guests through Airbnb  and they have already paid, but Airbnb is not paying me and also not informing where is the problem. They agreed that they have the money but not responding properly as well. Also they close tickets without any solution.

Here are the details..

02-05-2017 Transfer to Account *****8016 (INR) ₹16135.00 Payout Sent
27-04-2017 Transfer to Account *****8016 (INR) ₹1549.00 Payout Sent

Please late me know what to do to get all my money I have already spent for two guests. One stayed for one month & one for two days.
