Paypal refund

Hi - I've correctly received the payment into my paypal account (a gmail one that I do not use anymore).

Can I make a refund of the payment to Airbnb and ask them to make a new payment into the paypal account I currently use (a hotmail one).

Hello @Gabriele147, I doubt any CS rep at airbnb would take the effort to withdraw a properly delivered payment and do it once again only because you failed to update your account details. It's your fault, though of course you might try to convince them.

I am having a similar issue as Gabriele 

I have received all my payments correctly from Airbnb to my PayPal account 

However due to certain restrictions of withdrawing money in Doha Qatar I am unable to access thus money. I have been trying for so long to get the money refunded back to airbnb do they can transfer via international wire transfer, but PayPal system is so complicated and they are not very helpful either 

Can anyone assist me ?

Note: I have tried to cancel or refund the payment via the PayPal website...does not work
