Pending Payout Help

Hi,

 

I have a guest who is staying for several months which is normal for my unit. In the past I have had no issues getting paid every thirty days. I am currently waiting for a payment and it is showing as "pending" with a date of December 19th, six days ago. See below...

I have never seen this type of delay and nothing has changed on my end. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated?

You could first ask the guest if there is/was a issue with paying the installment.

If no issue, you need to contact Airbnb to ask to release the payout.

Be prepared it can take a long time for getting an answer, as payout issues are routed to a special department, which is acting and responding extremely slow (my own experience)

If the guest is using a Credit Card via Paypal then it is usually instant. 

 

However if he is using a Echeck via bank account, It will stay in pending until Paypal assured that the money cleared and been withdrawn via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), can vary depending on country but usually can be anywhere from 2 - 5 Business Day.
