Pending payout

Hello,

The guest has arrived on 15/07/2016  at 10:00 am in my apartment. I am not getting any option on the website to inform airbnb that the guest has arrived and please payout me.

The India phone no.08004405103  given on the website is always switched off. What is to be done and whom to contact for the payout I am not understanding.

Airbnb is excellent about paying. Sometimes if it's a weekend it takes a little extra time.
I have wire transfer and I have hosted about 140 people and have been paid every time.
It's usually 24 hours after your check in time.
You will hopefully see the payment today.

@Ruchika0 you don't need to tell AirBnB that the guest has arrived. They will assume that has happened (unless the guest cancelled) and will start the payout process automatically 24 hours after the checkin date.
