Pending payouts

Hello, I'm new to the site and I have some difficulty understanding Pending payouts. I will give an example. Let's say someone booked two nights for 5 people. That's 300€. I don't understand why only 50€ would be written in Pending payouts amount? 

Even if the price of € 60 would be for everyone, I do not understand why it would be 49€  under Pending payouts amount. 

 Has anyone ever had the same problems?
