Pending verification on payout method and pending money transfer

I hosted my first guest from 22nd to 23rd december after which i recieved an email from AirBnb that I need to change my payout preferences since they cannot transfer to the bank account provided. I did all that again and its been a week and haven't heard from Airbnb again. Meanwhile, another guest stayed and checked out but no transactions have happened yet. It keeps showing the status as "pending" in the new account information. I tried reaching on the helpline and it won't go through. Please Help!!!

same problem here. I am having a guest with us from 6th January 2019 to 11th. Airbnb should make payout to me on 7/01/19. But they didn't. It is the first time  this problem happens to me. Contact with airbnb by message, but no response yet.

2-го января 2019 года заселила гостей в одну квартиру и 3-го заселила гостя в другую квартиру.

 Airbnb прислали сообщения на эл.почту, что выплаты отправлены.

Сегодня 9 января- денег на карту до сих пор не получила.

Жду объяснений от администрации  Airbnb
