Same here - showing 35% instead of about 95%.  Mild panic at seeing “Upcoming changes” just before quarter end - but glad it’s not just me!

This is happening to me as well. Went from 85% to 14%. Anyone hear anything from AIrbnb? Most of my guests leave reviews so obviously there is an error somewhere in the system. I was having issues with correct progress reports as well - that seems to be fixed but now the review percentage is wonky.

I have just noticed this too.  My review pecentage is showing as 16% for the last 12 months - I have actually had 78% of visits reviewed and 98% of those reviews are 5 star. I have my superhost review in a week and I will lose my superhost status if this isn’t fixed by Airbnb.

I have had the same issue, I’ve had 17 reviews out of 18 stays and my percentage says 40%, I reported my issue to Airbnb help and have been advised they are investigating. I to hope to gain super host, so hope they sort it soon.

I just went from 75% to 18% a week before my superhost status is reviewed. Seems pretty suspicious anyone else have this problem? I review most of my guests except for the multiple bookers and the people I don't click with.

@Julie1663 everyone has this problem, it is a glitch and Airbnb is working on it.

Getting tired of their constantly having issues.  Week ago all my minimum days changed to 2 n took them 3 days to fix@

Mine has dropped from 90% for 48 stays which is equivalent to about 5 not leaving reviews - to 18% for 40 stays which is equivalent to about 33 not leaving reviews.  Since I had less than 10 Airbnb stays in the last 3 months (who have left reviews) this is not possible.

I really wish if they were making changes that will result in a warning being given to superhosts, that they would test their code first.  It is just not fair to give hosts stress unnecessarily.

Same here. I'm at 21%. Not normal.
