Pet Fees

I find it ridiculous that I am not able to automatically charge a pet fee for non-assistance dogs. On HomeAway this is done automatically without faffing about apologising to the booking guest about how the AirBnB site is user-unfriendly and I will have to find a way to charge them after they thought they had booked without hassle.
I have tried the 'solutions' offered by the inadequate your Help Page but the button it said would be on the 'change reservation' page doesn't exist. My time is too important to have to mess about like this because AirBnB can't keep up with the competition.

Please answer: How can I charge an additional fee for pets? simply and directly without sending me on a pointless traipse around different pages to get nowhere and wasting my time .

@David6505 you can "request money" from the reservations details page. Yes, it's ridiculous. You're not the first to complain, by far.
