Phone Number re Urgent Issue with Airbnb?

Hi All, is there a direct number I can call Airbnb on? I've asked for them to call me but still waiting.

I have a guest that has just reserved my apartment to check in tomorrow, but she has noted that the booking is for 2 other people.

She hasn't booked using the "Booker" function and I'm concerned that this violates my insurance with airbnb as I'm essentially accepting a booking for a third party.

In the absence of airbnb calling me urgently to discuss options on how to deal with this - anyone have any suggestions?

Well airbnb were wonderful in the end and I had a great resolution. If anyone wants to know the outcome or needs help with this in the future I would be happy to provide insight to my experience.
