Hello all,

I am a local host in Bradenton and Realtor in St Pete. 

I am very humbled and grateful for the people who have contacted me through Airbnb Community to help them buy their own Airbnb's in the surrounding areas. 

In an effort to continuously help my clients with this, I wanted to reach out to other hosts in the area. Is anyone experiencing any particular positives or negatives with their rentals in their cities?

I am looking to purchase an AirBNB property in the Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, or St Pete Beach area. Do you know of an available properties in that area or have insight on the success of AirBNBs in that area?
